Quizzer Tile

Love my Stampotique images and recently bought 'Quizzer' who features on this 3 x 3 inch tile i made.

Used PaperArtsy Fresco Paints and Jo Firth Young stamps available through Paper Artsy website.

Sealed the tile so it can be used for hot drinks using Krylon Spray.

Late Valentine

Because i have been having difficulties with dexterity issues i have found creating cards using digital software much easier.  Am using Serif Craft Artist Professional and finding it really easy to use.

OH’s card was create using some of the digi kits, to add depth i used a Sizzix die, think it is Blossom 2, to create a 3d flower.

Really like how i can get faded backgrounds and shadow in the software. Has to be one of my favourite cards this year.

Anniversary Card 2012

Twelfth anniversary is celebrated by Silk or Linen, i chose to use a piece of silk dupion to create the card.

Used Viva Decor Glitters to decorate and the dragonfly rose template from Imagination Crafts.

The border was created from a piece of cereal box cut to size.  Used Indigo Blu Gilding Flakes to decorate the frame.

The card is an 8 x 8. Attached two pieces of 350gsm card together using a piece of very beautiful beaded lace, really added lovely details to the card.

Used an old stamp i found in my stash to create the background and made an envelope to match.

Refreshing Changes

Today have refreshed my 3 blogs.  Given them a similar look with colours, text and layout.  They still look individual and that is good. Have started following new people and lost a few on the way. Some of the links no longer work or someone hasn't posted in over 2 years so thought i would clean 'house'.

I have been making cards over the last few months and have also been learning to sew, both by hand and by machine. Have been knitting quite a lot to keep my hands working, just basic items which you can see on one of my Wordpress Blogs So Much More To Learn. Also been loving both dry and wet needle felting and using my wonderful Janome Embellisher.  This blog will continue to be used for card making.
