Over at the Craft Barn their challenge is to use either the words Art or Road. Do hope you go along and join in this fascinating challenge.
Materials:
350gsm Cardstock
Pan Pastels
Typewriter
Glue
Die Cut Leaves
Wallpaper
Die cut delicate vine from Memory Box
Gold doily
Tissue paper
Mirror Card
Sizzix stamps and matching dies
Dylusions Sprays
Urban Stamp All Aboard Postmark
Versafine Ink
Archival Ink
The background of the iCard was taken from a mop up page from Dylusions Sprays, added the Urban Stamp All Aboard Postmark to the background then added Pewter Pan Pastel over the top, sealed with hairspray.
The flower, doily and delicate vine were all added to the front, then the quote by Anthony Trollope.
There is no royal ROAD to learning; no short cut to the acquirement of ART.
Used Pan Pastels and the Urban Stamp onto the back of the iCard then added a flower from tissue paper and using a flower and die cut set from Sizzix. Hand wrote the quote on the back and dated.
