Less Is More Challenge Number 9

I was so disappointed by the entry i posted earlier  that i had to do the card again, this time it really is CAS…

LIM wk 9 Baby 01

LIM wk 9 Baby 02

LIM wk 9 Baby 03

I was so pleased by all the great feedback, your comments are really helping me to learn so thank you and keep ‘em coming:-)  Perhaps this version is too plain… The card size is a small 4 x 4 inches

Materials Used

Paper Mill cardstock 300gsm

Elusive Images baby stamps from 2008

Sentiment by Around –It-All stamps

Momento London Fog  pad and Versafine for the sentiment

Promarker Pen-Blush

Red and Gold Glitter pens from the £ shop

Another card which i made while pondering how to change the baby card… This time i stamped directly onto card as i thought these stamps would look better presented this way.

LIM wk 9 flowers 01

Materials Used

QVC Cardstock 250gsm

Stamp Addicts Flowers and Borders SA-5004

Sentiment from Around-It-All

Versafine ink pad

Red Glitter pen from £ shop

Bling from stash

Hoping i’ve done better this time around. Please keep that feedback coming and thanks fro dropping by, again:-)

  1. Your card is cute. There was no mention of a size this time, and you definitely left enough white space. You've got the red down. I like it...just my humble opinion mind you. I'm learning too. Isn't this a great challenge blog?
    Cyber hugs to you.

  40. This is sooo sweet, you really have done the image justice, I do like this one better than the first, but it's great you posted both and shared your mishaps (I often forget to use right ink!!). I also absolutely love the flower card, you were so right to stamp directly on the card it works so well.
