Stencils and Treasure Gold

Watched this fantastic video today from Leandra at Paper Artsy on You Tube about their new Challenge Shiny Things. Leandra has shown so many wonderful techniques using different products i decided to make something CAS.

I made a very quick card using a Lin Brown Stencil, a die cut from my Pazzle Inspiration, Treasure Gold, white Signo Pen, Fired Brick and Iced Spruce Distress Ink Pads.

P1070924

Used Ruby, Renaissance and Aquamarine TG through the stencil on the front and the Fired Brick and Iced Spruce DI pads on the reverse of the card and the envelope. Added a shadow using the Signo white pen around the poppy heads and outlined the word with a black pen.

I am entering this into the Paper Artsy Challenge 2 Shiny Stuff.

Hope you enjoyed your visit today, looking forward to reading your lovely comments.

  5. The softness of the treasure gold must make a lovely contrast with the sheen from it. The White pen is the perfect finishing touch, so pretty x
